Inspiration to me is basically finding the good in life and wanting to do good, finding hope and giving it to others. So many people in TIG have truly and significantly made an impact on my life, and TIG as a forum has really made it happen in my life, at times our expectations seems to be cut off due to the environment that we come from, but God in His infinite mercies doesn't allow it to happen. I get inspired by people who are considered as unable to do big things in the society,becoming socially prominent by touching people's hearts.This builds me a sense of 'I can' and in return I set goals to touch other people's hearts by sharing the small i have.And as for today I am really inspired by Oprah. I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them.
